The Best Stir Fry Boneless Short Ribs. Period!

Today I'll be making Stir Fry Short Ribs with Cauliflower Rice. Real quick and easy to make.


Ingredients for marinading Short Ribs

3/4 to 1 lb Boneless short ribs

1/2 tsp white pepper powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp Monk fruit sweetener

2 tbsp sesame seed oil

2 tbsp fish sauce


Rice cauliflower

1 package pre riced cauliflower

1 to 3 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves minced garlic

1/4 cup minced red onion

2 eggs

1 tbsp fish sauce

dash of salt

dash of garlic powder


Ingredients for Stir-Frying Short Ribs

Marinaded Short Ribs

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves mince garlic




Step 1

Marinading Short Ribs

Slice short ribs against the grain as thin as you can. It is useful to have a very sharp knife to thinly slice the meat. Or, you can freeze your meat for about 45 minutes. Slicing thinly semi-frozen meat is easier. When done, add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Then, add wet ingredients. Mix well. Finally, mix in the short ribs and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.


Step 2

Cauliflower Fried Rice

In a frying pan heat up some olive oil. Add in garlic and onion. cook until fragrant. When garlic and onion are brown add in the riced cauliflower. cook until most of the moisture is gone. Add in some salt and garlic powder. Season to your taste. Mix and move the cauliflower rice to the edge of the pan. Making a hole in the middle. Add in another tbsp of olive oil. wait until the oil heats up and crack two eggs. Mix the cauliflower and eggs together and add a tbsp of fish sauce. mix together and put into a small bowl.


Step 3

Stir-Frying Short Ribs

Heat up a wok and add in the butter. when the butter is hot and melted add in the minced garlic. when the garlic is lightly brown add in our marinaded short rips. Stir fry until beef is cooked. This shouldn't take too long because of the thinness of the short ribs.


Step 4

Plate, garnish, make it look pretty to serve. Enjoy.
